Ok, as the honorary Arizonan here I will answer. It is GMT -7 EXCEPT DURING DAYLIGHT SAVINGS! While the rest of the US goes through day light savings times, we do not cause we already get enough day light :). So, GMT -7, or during daylight savings, GMT -8

technically we get to GMT -8, cause when everyone in GMT -7 moves an hour ahead, we stay how we are, making us the same times as GMT -8 :P

Whatever it is, it's GMT-7 During winter time, and we don't change our clocks at all. (Unless the power goes out and then our clocks are reset)
