My wovely puppy, Ann (girl), was attacked by my other puppy, Scooby (boy). In an attempt to save her I riped Scooby off her and was bitten in bowth my pointer fingers. It hurts to type, one of them really numb, and the other has it's finger nail CRACKED. Thats a strong puppy. Ann is ok but I'm numb.

Next time that happens (hope it won't) make sure to grab the puppy behind the neck, where there's loose skin, it won't hurt the puppy. (not much atleast) It can't reach your hand easily. And tell him not to do that.

Did you tell scooby that he did a very bad thing by attacking you as soon as you took him off her? If not he might think he got away with it.

Make sure he knows he is not supposed to attack her or bite you.
Tell him who's boss. You, not him. Letting an animal think its the boss will turn it into a bad animal.

Have you started training him? Like sit, stay, rollover, etc? If you haven't then teach him that "No" means stop what your doing, and even if you have teach him it.

Don't toss him around thats how mean natured dogs are made.
Tap him on those nose and say "No". Don't hit his nose too hard just hard enough t'where he feels it. Dogs and cats don't like thier noses being messed with.

BTW: What's his breed?

There sibblings but he was attacking her. Violently. He grabbed her skin and shook.

Everytime a dog bites you should kick/hit it hard. Insure it knows biting is wrong and it'll be hurt for doing it.

My dog hasn't and doesn't bite anyone, it hasn't done in five odd years.

I did the last time it bit me. I'll be damed if i'm putting my hand near it, the thing is welcome to try and bite through my shoe but not my hand.

I'd recommend getting your fingers checked (just in case something was internally damaged, hopefully not though)
