There are many ways, for example
-Try picking flax and making bowstrings.
-Kill chaos druids in taverly dungeon collect the herbs and sell them for 1kea.
-If you get or already have your runecrafting at level 44+ make nats or laws for cash using the abyss.
-If you can be bothered to get your fletching to 70 make yew longs and either sell or alch them.
-A slower way is, get into a high level pest control world, eg 100+,115+, and you can get about 100k an hour according to you combat level.

Cut a lot of willows, get 30 fletching, then fletch the willows that you cut into bows forever until your 70 fletching. Then buy or cut yew logs, buy or pick and spin bowstrings, buy or make natures. Cut the logs into bows, string them, and alch them. You'll have to gather one of the materials yourself to make money. You could buy yew longs (u) and bowstrings and string the bows and sell them also.

Or, a faster way, runecrafting natures through the abyss.

Fletching is a nice way. Runecraft at abyss is nice too. Flax is ok. Begging is also a nice one ( No just kidding ) .

Altough I would only do that if your combat lvl is higher then 85. Because then you won't get attacked by those abbysal leeches.

Use any of these methods for making money, till you have about 4-6m, then buy a ton of willows (25-30 ea) and sell them (32-40 ea)

This is what I am doing right now, and its great money making because pleanty of people are selling and buying.

This really isn't fast but in helps in the long run. I'd figure I should tell you before its too late. If your making your money by one of the ways listed above most likely your not going to be doing alot of combat. So when you do I can't stress this enough do Slayer as much as possible. Its one of the least used skills to train combat because you can't stay in one spot for a long time, you always have to move around for different tasks. But you should do thiseven though you won't make hardly any money when you first start out there are still some rewards:

 If you train it alot when your lower it will be alot less boring when your a high level fighting weak monsters because your trying to max out your skills.

 Slayer monsters are the only monsters taht drop metal boots (excluding Black Dragons) and other rares like black/gold mystic Monster specifif items (i.e. Abby Whips, G Mauls, Black Masks). And just yesterday I got a Dragon Medium Hlem from Fire Giants (a pretty popular Slayer task)

 Most tasks you get are range/mageable so you can train without even using food (if you want to train melee get yourself a halbred)

 Most Slayer Monsters drop Herbs and Clue Scrolls which can turn out to be a good amount of cash, (in one day of training salyer I sold 22 Rannars for 6k ea and 29 unids for 30k)

 Most of the Slayer monsters aren't really close to the bank, this may seem bad at first but you will see that Hi-Alching a few items at a time is alot more interesting then spending hours in a bank doing it.

 I think fighting a bunch of different monsters in alot more fun then fighting the same monster for days (some people absolutely despise fighting different monsters and would rather fight one monster for a long period of time)

 I'm sure there's more reasons but the last one I'll list is it unlocks more monsters for you to train on even if your not training Slayer.

So basicly, if you train combat TRAIN YOUR SLAYER! It might not be great cash at the beggining but it will be worth it in the end. (Besides High level Slayer is fun to brag to your friends w/ same combat but half your Slayer :P )
