See! This is you doing something to her face. Good job.

When doing blood, usually what I do is create a new layer and use a medium-red colour. Then I set the layer blending mode to Multiply or something to darken it. The blood on her doesn't look as realistic. Also, if you left some colour in her face, it'd be great. If you have any vein brushes, paint them onto her. It'd be very nice and scary.

Could you post stock picture to please, its cool to see what youve done to, more then just see the picture you made, you see more thigns and how it is bad or good.
I realy like it, but the blood in her mouth dosent looks realistic.
