Final Fantasy XIII

Well, with the recent, succesful, release of Final Fantasy XII(12), I'm sure a lot of people are expecting Final Fantasy XIII(13) to be a huge hit. And No, I am not talking about Final Fantasy XIII Versus or Agito. This is the main Final Fantasy XIII game. Maybe later I will go into Versus. (Not Agito, on account of it is for a Mobile Phone)

On this thread, I will keep track of the latest news and updates of the upcoming Final Fantasy XIII. I will post what is confirmed to be in Final Fantasy XIII and the sources.

My Opinions

- 11/10/06: I think that during the battle, we choose the attacks we want in order then they play it in that order, according to the enemies you choose. I think this on the screenshots becasue in the bottom ATB bar, there are slots in order and the one she is currently using is highlighted. Also becasue in the trailer, you see that the attacks are one after another, no pause.

ATB = Yay.

Wait, ATB?

You can probably switch that...you can in FFXII. I've been playing FFXII so that whenever I bring up my menu, the game pauses.

ATB is fun to watch with haste on =P. I don't think i'll get ff 13 because im not going to get a ps3..>.< i do want one though..just for kingdom hearts three.

I didn't know you can switch off ATB in 12, I thought it was just real-time battle.

Added some new info, especially with the speculated main female's character name: Lightining (With names like Cloud and Squall, I really wouldn't expect any less)

Really doubting the 'Lightning' name.

I also remember seeing somewhere that the girl in the trailer isn't the main character.
