yeah its like that at my school. No PDA(public display of affection) so its not really a suprise to me, dont think my school would take it that far.

I'm from UK btw, but I read in the newspaper that hugging has been banned in some schools around England because it made students late...

yeah..at my school its the opposite...one teacher said she was suprised that she say so much "loving" when just walking around the hall, lol. THeres prolly a couple dozen couples i see every passing hour making out, lol, and many more ppl hugging and kissing, ect XD. If they did this at our school, no one would listen, lol. THey even had to ban the raquet ball courts during lunch because of the innappropriate stuff going on there, lol

I think most hugs don't even last 5 seconds... Depends who the other person is.

my friend gave his GF a quick peck on the lips. the principal saw that and took them into his office. he went on a big lecture how it was against the rules to kiss and that its in the student hand book. he almost got suspended. he went to a lot of the teachers with his student handbook which mentioned nothing about PDA (public display of affection).
hell i think he sent 2 students home because they were holding hands during lunch.

he's a jerk and i would say a lot more but censorship

You know.. that guy who says he's from the future said there'll be a civil war right? I can definitely see it happening, it's scary. No way would I tolerate the government telling me where I can and can't hug someone. :?:
