Only shops I ever buy from are the Herblore shops, occasionally the rune/arrows shops, and general stores.

BTW : On rsc my friend got red phat in a general store and buy it for 1 gp

General Store lover

I buy some gems there in f2p worlds.
And i used to buy loads of willow logs there for 12gp ea when i was a newbie at fletching

Sounds like a good way to make hard cash.

For me, it'd have to be either:

-the Jungle Store near Tai Bwo Wannai because it's so darn useful!

-The Shilo Village store because it has a fair price on papyrus.

-The Mage Arena Rune Store (don't ask me why).

Actually this is quite true...No santas, but there are dragon daggers among other nice items, and hes wandering over near the house where you start the waterfall quest

None of the items he described are in the store, and the best thing there is a VERY overpriced dragon dagger...

Anyway, my favorites gotta be the genral store, some noob was selling 50+ stacks of unids and rannars... all 1gp each..
