Yes, who knows? If you can find a Jagex Mod post saying that, then yes its true. Otherwise you'll have to wait to find out. Forum Mods are just normal players that are trusted by Jagex and follow the rules, so you can't assume its the truth completly.

Yeah, If you look up0 my magic, it isn't very good. But with all the 99s, they can just summon everything.
