mhm. Skill based mmorpgs?

K, well, aside from PvP in world of warcraft I'm finding all PvP and PvE game a bit crap. Forgive me, but the majority of the runescape population (Aside from you lovely lot) are jerks, so if you're not high in combat you're flamed and treated like an 8yr old. So I'm looking for another mmo. (free if possible.)

Any suggestions?

Ignore them.

The stereotypical higher level is much worse than the stereotypical lower level, in my opinion.

Recently, they've started to awknowledge my presence for obvious reasons, but I don't buy any of it and I steer away from the people I know to be condenscending and rude to lower levels.

I myself have looked, and have had no luck on free mmorpg's. I have never gotten called a noob for quite awhile now, but if I ever do, i just yell out "hell yeah" and get on with it, cause I can't say I care what level I am, nor what they are, I only care that I am enjoying the game.

You know you're not 8 years old, so just don't care about them. They're just stupid and if they like to flame better than playing the game, just report them and continue playing.

If you quit RS, don't quit Rsbandb... I'd never forgive you if you quitted B&B

I've quit rs before and stayed. I'm mainly here for the graphics part of the community :p

I mainly have my public chat of hide or friends.
But if someoen does bug me i just challenge them at duel arena and kill them, if you cant kill them just send them over to me.. hehehe.. i will kill em for ya!

Um...i'd say go with sheerwood if you dont want RS, closest thing to it.

Yea Gpotato (http://www.gpotato.com) has three pretty decent mmorpg's. Flyff is pretty good, it's also the one with the smallest download time (about 25 minutes on DSL).
