Sound card's busted.

My computer's sound card doesn't work since this morning. When I play videos, it plays them but without sounds. When I try to play music, Windows Media Player refuses to play them saying that they cannot be played. Any ideas on what I can do?

Reinstall the drivers, if that doesnt work get a new sound card.
