Why get a 99 quickly when you can enjoy the skill for a longer time and make a lot of money in the process?

Go in Canifis, Yanille, Pest Control place in not crowded worlds, Port Phasmatys or Shilo.

All are very peaceful.

I do most of that kinda stuff in Yanille, not hard to get to, usually no noobs bugging you and other people doing the same thing if there is anyone even there.

Usually I fletch in the Gnome Stronghold bank just south of the grand tree.

But that's because there are yew trees nearby and there's flax near a spinning wheel.

And there's usually not that many people there. Max i've seen is about 10 ish. Minimum # was 2 -> just me and my hell kat.

He's looking for a non-populated place.

By the way, I did Seers because I had to spin my own flax.

If you're planning to buy flax and spin it i'd say Seers, but if you're planning to buy bowstrings, go to one of the cities i stated in my last post on this thread.

Lletya. It is the best place to do about anything. Including flax, Seph. About 10 pieces just a few steps from the bank :D
