Since I don't feel like editing my original post, because I don't get post count I will also relate this story.

I was killing Cockatrices, as one does for Slayer Assignments. I had finished it and on the way out I attacked a cave crawler thingie. I got poisoned and had 5 HP when i reached the banked. Redemption saved me.

well i havent lost anything that good, but i lost full rune once when poisoned and wasnt paying too good attantion.

i havent lost anything too expensive i was mageing the black demons and i went afk for a lil while, not long enough to log out, came back was in fally, lost mystic hat, boots, gloves, 500 bloods weatlh and glory

That would be best. Just log off, and try to arrange with a friend to be on the spot that you logged. And when you log in to immediately give you some anti-poison. Result: w00t! You are saved and you didnt lose all of your stuff, worth 8m..
