Ive lost my Membership before, trust me when I say you lose ALL Member bonuses. My energy boost included.

Yeah, that is true. I was amazed at how slow the energy restores when I got on one of my newb accounts with level 1 agility. I am not 100% sure if it works on free version, but if you get your agility level up your energy restores a lot faster. Its very good for pkers.

You should fletch alot of arrows,so it'd be cheaper to train range.

If you want to make money,you should either merchant or.........fletch(/woodcut).

The energy recharge will also be canceled out. When you lose Membership, All Member skills get a "lock" as it were, placed on them. All bonuses and advantages given to you through Member's skills are canceled out, includeing energy recharge boost. The boost, like you said, only works on when your account has the status of Member. Jagex themselves say this when your Membership is canceled. The Message they send you says that your account has be set back to Free To Play status, and all Membership abilitys are turned off.

WRONG!! Check the Manual under agility and it will say that Agility is still useful in F2P worlds because you recharge energy faster.

Sorry, you're wrong there. The energy recharge still works if you're non-mem. So yes, level up your agility.

I have this friend who got 2 months of members, because his other friend agreed to pay for him. He had a lot of fun, be was basicly around level 70. He did Lost City, got himself dragon long, started playing mini-games basicly and woodcutt at members areas and the rest of the time just level up. When he came back to F2P he was as twice as rich as he was before and he got himself to around level 85, he didn't have any problems when he came back to F2P.
