omg!I know what u mean ranging god!well...I don't exactly agree with the first thing..my definition of the word noob is not a weak person but a stupid person.
but on the last 2 things I totally agree with u.
this one jerk who used to be my friend hacked a poor level 3..he even changed his pass... i feel so bad for the lvl 3 he hacked...i but i didn't report him becuz i believe in mercy.
tormenting players is the worst offence in runescape in my belief...
