You need to get something that auto updates..that's all I know at the moment.
I'm teaching myself some PHP, HTML and JavaScript. So I may find out eventually.
Off topic, I mange some big site, PHP is very good but i do suggest you start with ASP. Also don't even try learning java script (if you do don't make it your major one) its just stinks. If you do go with PHP start with the basic and then go up. Don't start with any databases in the start you will just lose it.

No you don't need an auto update anything, All the Iframe does is place a secondary Web page in your page, Since the server address never changes you don't need to do anything. Every time you load your website, The ifram will open the runescape page as if you are browsing the regular runescape page. I DON'T SUGGEST USING THIS KIND OF SITES!. If you learn more about ASP or PHP you will understand that there are ways to record what you type in that specific webpage. Kinda like a webpage Keylogger. If you do wonna do such a thing I really suggest that you will double check if its ok, Since jagex does check for inappropriate runescape sites' Ip address and bann there main runescape account that assosiate with there ip, remember all free webhosting recored the admin ip and are requred by law to give that to Jagex if they found that it brake there term of use.
