arthrites.......

I have broken the same spot in my hand three times, and i have horriable arthrites in it. does anyone know any good ways of helping arthrites. i take advil like m&m's still hurts.

^--this is not my hand, but this is the same fracture, called a boxer fracutre.

Horse Tranqs

Just exercise it, and don't strain it too much and the pain will wear off to a minimal amount. Try not using your mouse as much if it's the hand you use your mouse with, puts the hand in a funny position.

How did you break it? That must have hurt. :shock:

And believe it or not, I get hurt just as much as you do probably. When I broke a similar spot, I was still able to type by poking the keyboard with a pen and I've mastered it.
