Here is a screenshot I took of a message I got today.

I didn't click on it. I instead right clicked it, pressed Properties, and found the link. IT IS NOT SAFE!!! DO NOT GO THERE! DELETE ALL MESSAGES FROM HIM! JAGEX DOESN'T PM YOU THROUGH RSBANDB!!!!!

By the way, i'm glad that dude (the hacker) got banned, and i hope all of you are OK...

I'm sure it was an IP ban. I hope the guy doesn't use a proxy though. That can become very annoying.

It takes you to an unsafe website...possible have a trojen inserter which mean it will install a spywhere or a keylog on your computer without you even knowing it.....well untill u get hacked..
