I think it got caught in my spam filter or an e-mail that dosen't exist anymore. Too bad for them.

Just remember what jagex says "We will NEVER E-Mail you".

Also make sure your computer has a Decent Firewall (Windows xp Firewall contrary to beleif isn't a very well designed one. PC magaziene dosen't even approve of it except for when you first go on.) dosen't cut it and a Live antivirus (Norton, AVG, one of them)

I'm not sure where, but there IS a section where they ask for your e-mail, I know they do it when you are registering for membership (still on RS.com, not Paybycash.com or anyother site), and I could have sworn somewhere else too.

Security section i think, they ask you to put in an email, so if you try and recover your account you put your email to see if it matches the one you gave to them.
