It WAS three but now jagex has boosted itself up to 10. But considering Brad got 5 in one go, im presuming they don't hand just one out at a time.

Fair enough, they probably 'forgave' everyone when they increased it then, so that players who for example, real world item traded before the limit increase got off easier than those who did it after.

I believe you do have black marks, just none that you acn appeal against probably.
