BUT, i do know that after i got the pass changed, the person changed that pass again. So i had to change it AGAIN.

Big coincidence here. This what i think's going on.

Yesterday, i come home from my gf's, turn on my pc and open msn. Try to log in and it says my pass is wrong. Here i'm thinking, well thats weird, but msn cocks up sometimes, yeh?

So, then i open SS, and go into my clans irc channel. I try to log in - Invalid username or password.

O GOD NO is my response to this in the irc. And the clan understands. After a big long time and about 3 attempted hacks that night, the hacker gives up. I set recoveries and go to sleep.

This morning, i turn my pc on. Msn still isn't working. Hmm. Go into SS, surprise surprise, Invalid username and password. So i change my pass back and set new recoveries.

The thing is. Each time i've gotten my account back, i've had not enough information to get it back instantly. I've had to wait 5 minutes or so for the tracker to do it. I reckon that the guy who hacked my Rs account ALSO somehow managed to hack my MSN, and so is getting the details from the earliest transaction email. You shouldn't be able to hack someone who has recoveries, right?

This leads me to think i have a virus or spyware or something. So i scan with AVG, Spybot search and destroy and Ad-aware se personal. They get a few things, nothing big, aside from AVG. I've got like 6 virus' in my Java thing that i can do nothing about. O the joy. Frabulous joy.

So now i don't know what to do. I can't log into msn, either through msn or through hotmail, and i can log into rs, but i don't want to. I've asked jagex to set a lock on my account for a week, but i don't even know if that is possible.

You definately have a keylogger dude. Whenever you change a password they get it whether or not they know anything about your email or w/e. Keep running Ad Aware SE Personal and Spybot Search and Destroy. Run them and restart your computer until the Spyware is out. And if you keep finding nothing try another virus protector. I would suggest a program called PestPatrol.

That is the only explanation as to why this keeps happening to you.

All i can suggest is for you to back up anything you want and reformat your comp

Basically its the easiest way to clean out any viruses and things...

Oh well. Pick up a pickaxe and start over again. Since you have a forever-knowing experience of Runescape, you'll know how to get your money back easily.

Bank PINS are wonderful things. In case you didn't know, you can acces your PIN settings and change the number of days a PIN number waits to be changed or deleted. I set mine to 7, because I KNOW I'm never going to forget this PIN I set.

Otherwise, from here on, be careful who you meet on Runescape.

Mines on 7. And also, i wouldnt mine with 60 mining. More like yew-whore with 93 wc xD.

Anyway. I didn't actually lose anything, aside from the glory and rune ax i had on. When i log i always put everything in the bank aside from my normal wc gear, which is the above with cooking gaunts and climbing boots.

I've gotten my account back. New recoveries. New pin (just in case, even though s/he couldn't get through it in the first place). And new email address, which i'm re-subscibing my membership to.

Wow that really sucks. I would just keep running norton anti virus or any other of those virus scanners until something can kill the 6 viruses you have.
