Yeah it's your PC, its a bit big for a barsig, and needs to be a little more, 3D looking, but for a first ever try at paintshop, nice.

Get some brushes at http://www.deviantart.com and some fonts at http://www.dafont.com

The most poular barsig font is Visitor, just as a heads-up.

Very nice background, but the font is terrible. Try Visitor like Bogrollbloke said, or my personal favorite for sigs, Grafitti.
