The genie question

I would choose Str, because theres not much monsters for me to fight, and infact only the highest level in the f2p is 92 for greater demon, but highest radom event is 159, and 161 for evil chicken...

91 str pwn

I don't have a single skill that I allot it to. Generally I pick runecraft, herblore, thieving, prayer, slayer, or sometimes the skill that I'm training at the time.

I first browse through my skills and see which skill needs the least xp to lvl. And if they are all above like 5k xp I will just use it on pray

Why fletching? Fletching is really easy to raise if you actually fletch, not just do maybe 50 a week... and at a higher level, that xp isn't anything...

Farming is easy to raise at a low level, just use potatoes, compost, etc.

Runecrafting? You'll get that kind of xp with one load, or 5 tiaras, or something like that...

Lets see... what else?

Smelting gold ore with the crafting gauntlets on gives more xp than smelting one runite bar, so you see...

But I'd definitely go with prayer... or maybe mining, although that, too, is easy to raise

i always use it on prayer. I used to use it for different skills when i was a noob, but i figured out that prayer took forever to raise and the genie lamp was easier to raise it.

I would put it on Range because i like ranging and it seems that when you get to high lvls that i get bored of lvlin get tired of lvling it. I like to PK, that is the main reason.

I advance smithing (level 71) 99% of the time. I've also used it on prayer (level 56) and range (level 91).
