Vails or water filled vails

How can I get as quick as possible as many vails or water filled vails to make potions with?

Ardougne general store. Or shilo village general store. Both are very close to a bank and stock water-filled vials. World-hop and buy them.

If you don't want to spend a lot of time, just buy on the forums, but be prepared to spend a lot more.

BTW, the word is 'vial', not vail.

Another suggestion would be to make your own. Get the sand by doing hand in the sand and getting 84 a day from the guy, then get seaweed on Entranda. That way you can level crafting while getting them.

that way takes too long
entrana isn't anywhere near the bank

You could always just buy seaweed or if you want to level fishing use big net lol.

Buy them on Entrana ( island from Lost City quest) I got 100+ water filled vials when I was training my herblaw for legends less than 5 minutes. Hop worlds if store is out of stock. You buy empty vials from store, but there is sink nearby so you always can fill them with water.

The ardougne and shilo village general stores are MUCH closer to a bank than entrana and the vials are already filled, too.

you can go to the ardy general store, like everyone else stated, or if you are high enough level to go to the water elementals without food, you could get vials and the occasional rannar weed.

kill water elementals, they drop one water filled vial every time.... or u can go to entrana with buckets and make glass then blow into vials
