HOW U MAKE UNDERBANNERS NOT FROM GIMP?

well.. you get a rectangle shaped canvas.. normally 300x20px, colour it in, add text and a few images, then you're done.

Also, get a pixel font, the one that's commonly used is Visitor, search for it in Google.

Actually, try searching on http://www.dafont.com you should get better results.

Well you're welcome to correct me if im wrong but it would seem you arent to wise in the graphical area so if i may make a suggestion perhaps you should ask someone else to make you a banner and take a few tutorials in it in the mean time to get the hang of it.

If you can't make a rectangle box it will be rather difficult for you to make a whole banner.

Just a suggestion.

Do NOT try use paint to make an underbanner, I'm on Adobe Elements 3. Since you cant actually get a 300 by 20px in paint (i think), and you dont have anything like Adobe then it is suggested that you get someone to make one to your specification.
