How much do you sleep?

The topic is fairly simple. How much do you sleep? and what kind of sleeper are you?

I sleep A LOT. If I sleep less than 9 hours a day. I usually make it up during nap time

On weekends, I tend to sleep about 10 hours. On weekdays, I sleep less than 7 hours.
I'm a heavier sleeper. Almost nothing during the night can wake me up besides extremely loud noise.

I'm similar to you Jeff. I love to sleep, but I hate to go to sleep because I have to stop what I am doing at that time. During the week I will usually get 6 to 7 hours of sleep, waking up at 5:30am and going to sleep anywhere from 10 to 11pm. Weekends I usually go to bed late, 12:00am to 2:00am and wake up as late as I can.

i have quiet a few nights where i go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 7ish.

Today it was likw 2am and i've woken up around 9 my sleeping paterns can't really be measured cause it's diffrent everytime.

I love sleeping it's my favourite time of the whole day. On weekdays when I have school I sleep around 7-8 hours. On my day-offs or vacations I sleep 9-10 hours

Schooldays i tend to go to sleep about 1am ish and i wake up at 7.

On weekends i go to sleep anywhere from 2am to about 4, and usually wake up around 11, 12 ish.

For school days I tend to get 6-7 hours of sleep. But this all changes once the weekend comes and summer. During the summer I probly get 4-5 hours of sleep almost every day. I just stay up all nite because I love it. But then there are those days where I get like 10 hours of sleep. Then I'm caught up

I like to sleep about 4-7 hours a day because I don't really like to sleep a lot and I have tons to do...I am a VERY light sleeper and if I hear a noise like someone breathing in my ear kind of loudly I will wake up...

same. most school nights i sleep from 11 pm to 8 am. but weekends/holidays vary immensely

5-6 hours on college nights, but any other then im more likely to sleep for 9+

My sleep patterns don't have much consistency. Usually I sleep from 1-8 AM but sometimes I just can't stop thinking about random crap and I don't get to sleep until 4.

i'm a morning person. i sleep around maybe 12 and wake up around 7-8. i get a good 8 hours in. it's the same everyday i don't really stay up til like 1 or 2 unless i need to finish something really quick. i'm a heavy sleeper, i wake up cuz i need to change body position cuz my dorm is not exactly comfortable

i never used an alarm clock before. i may use it if i have to wake up like 4-5 (vacation things like that) but other than that my brain wakes me up around 7-8. then iget lazy and say 10 more mins

i rarely take naps. i've gone through where i've gone to sleep around 3-4 and wake up around 8 and stay awake the whole day. i only take naps if i'm extremly tired or sick.

I sleep on work nights prolly, 6-9 hours.. Its usually enough, im the type of sleeper, that it takes me like 30mins-1hour to go to sleep. Then after that im out for the count, completely dead to the world, im a heavy sleeper..

Apparently a few people have told me sometimes i snore and also talk in my sleep.

Any day i dont have to work i get 6-12hours of sleep.

lol my mom's friend he snores hella loud man. one time we went camping and we were in a big tent, and i woke up around 7 ish but i was lying around. suddenly he started snore and i swear to god the ground started shaking
