Barrows..Especially Torag is better for the defense because its got the highest bonus

Yep ok obviously barrows is better then dragon. Out of the three melee barrows armours though, which, in your opinion is the best?

As for best barrows set..definistely full guthna with the spear. Hp healing effect

Barrows equipment is definately where it's at. Dragon is nice for filling up with gp, but Barrows is definately better for combat purposes. I mean, I know there's the fact you have to repair it after so long, but 15 of combat time is a really long time if you think about it. People who play A LOT may find that they'll lose money with Barrows stuff, but for most of us, a set of Barrows armor should last 2-3 weeks, depending on how much you play. Barrows is the all-around better bet.

definitly barrows....way better stats and the special....i like the guthans special just can't afford it yet....i have the 2nd most expensive...veracs...i got it only because it looks cool and it's also pretty good....right now im gonna merch it until i can afford veracs and guthans..

Barrows is clearly better then dragon when it comes to fighting
but i don't like it that barrow armor is broken in 15h of fighting!
it still makes no sence to me how the best equipment in the game can brake
or is there magic involved or something?

Well, I think JAGEX is playing the fact that Barrows armor is ancient armor, used a looooong time ago. Since it is so old, it'll break down after time and need repairs. Plus, if it didn't have this aspect to it, no one would use Dragon armor at all anymore because there would be no reason to. The repairs serve as a way to balance the power/usefulness of Barrows vs. Dragon.

Another point,

If you buy the most expensive barrows(guthan) you know how many hours of training it would take to spend close to 22mil(the price of d chain)? About 495 hours of training( I think). Which is probly the amount of hours total sumone has ever trained :lol:

10000000/300000=33.3(15)=495 hours of training
