Mostly its yews...the best time to cut em is at night for me...no1 is on in the servers near me. I just cut a few hundred and go...but ive seen guys identical to each other, with almost the same name cuttin the same trees...

its sad..but look at the mining highscores...i think crayzay is still up for 2 accounts.

I am not saying that I automatically assume they are autoers. But I mean seriously if there are 14 level 3s chopping yews for the whole day you have to wonder. I am not saying these people were high levels they were ALL level 3s. Thats why Im assuming they are autoers. I guess I didnt explain that they were all level threes with similar names, abrupt movement and when they walked back to bank they all walk together. That is my assumption that they are autoers.

Mmm, did you look there stats up? I spot autoers picking flaxs because they have northing in the highscores, they just pick flax it's rather obvious.

Autoers don't generally waste time leveling other skills because they know the account will get banned eventually. :P

it's quite easy to automate in rs2 all u have to do is build a extremely complicated program that can recognize random events and avoid them / recover from them. Most for rs2 are mouse clickers that don't directly intercept (and change)the messages from your comp to jagex servers like in rs. in the end if u don't know a **** load of programming language then it's not worth your time even trying, i tried before i started tryin out programing and basically it wasn't worth the effort - all i could do was get a char to chop 3 logs then to go the bank then get stuck and that was all - so unless u have tones of time on our hands and like programming for hours don't even think of it

Was runescape built over night - well no it wasn't so is with anyting that is good

PS it i get banned for trying out things like that ask your self the question do u let criminals out of jail and allow them to learn form their mistakes and move on well i did :P

and that's my 2 cents or cheating - it sucks piles of hot steamy cow ****

Yes, you never know. Generally I would think it is impossible to auto in RS now because of all the random events.

I mean why cant Jagex/Runescape stop the Autoers. There must be some simple way to create a thing which can tell if your autoing or not. Sometimes I think that Jagex is not trying to help and remove these cheaters but I know Jagex is doing a bunch of other stuff and updates for us. Still, dont you think there is a way to stop them? I dont know anything about programming so I dont know how far you can go with these auoters.

Try any world Ranging God. They are everywhere, its pretty obvious who they are. They are also starting to go to Rune Ess in Varrock.

People always think I'm autoing cause I don't talk to them. Its just that I don't like to talk in RuneScape especially when people can't type out their words. JaGeX will see through though. They claim to have a program that detects autoers so as long as you don't auto people can report you all they want...and you won't get in trouble.

Remember to always follow RuneScape rules and you'll have more fun!

Manya, you come in for this one.

I dunno. I find autoers usually say something every once in a while to prevent their logging out. One time, I was buying runes from the mage guild, and someone just kept repeating -+= over and over again with exactly 2 minutes in between (Bored enough, eh Alex 43?).

Manya: What confuses me is how they actually program it, if they do, to detect and get away from random events, warp to their bank, etc. Don't you think it would be a lot more work getting these programs to work then actually cutting down the yews or fishing the lobster?

I just usually figure ... let them be. They're paying 5 bucks a month to let a program do something for them. They aren't benefitting at all from it.

Manya: And when they do get the billions of yews and sell them ... what will they do? Buy all barrows, dragon armor, etc, maybe, but what then? Castle Wars would get boring after a while, PKing would be pointless because you're already rich, and if anything, you wouldn't be very skilled or knowledgable of the Runescape world and all its updates.

Agreed, Manya. A few times, I had a rich high level ask me where a place is and how to get whatever. I say, "Read the update" or "How can you NOT know?!?" It's their own fault - they're messing up their own characters.

Manya: "Read the update"? I usually laugh at their insuperiourity. They wear full dragon and don't even know where to get a vanilla pod.

Kharazi Jungle, southwest a ways from the Shilo Village enterance, along the coastline. Look for around 6 vanilla plants, which look different from all the other types of foilage.

Manya: You see? And he NEVER autos! Maybe multi-tasks, but never autos, even for chaos rune - tokkul selling.

I can't feel my fingers anymore ...

Manya: No buy-x, I can understand well, but no SELL-X? Makes no sense.

Anyways, the point, in a nutshell in case you're a forum post autoer of some kind, is that autoers only spoil the game for themselves when they use a program to have fun for them. Runescape training is fun, because you can intereact, talk, and learn a number of neat things from your fellow player (hopefully, except personal information), and if you ask me, the learning process is the funnest thing about Runescape.

Manya: I swear, Alex 43, you'd make a fine player moderator. You've had 10 or so people suggest it to you, including an actual player moderator.

I don't really care about it. I don't have to be a player moderator to enjoy the benefits and learnings of Runescape.

Well, that's all I have to say on the matter. Thanks for listening to my point of view. ... oh, by the way, what's yours, Manya?

Manya: Huh? Oh! Yeah! Player autoers, be warned. Auto at your own risk, cause autoing takes all the fun out of the game and if you're caught, you will have to start ALLLLLL over again!

Well said.
