The first is good. I'm not too fond of green, but I think you did well with it.

The second is really my favourite. I really like the background in it, and the colours just work so well.

The third, I'm sorry, is just not doing it for me. I don't like duplicated image of the render on the right and the background isn't all that great either. What I DO like about it is that you did something with the text! I think it's important that text be more to your sig than just there to label it. It definitely added a bonus to an otherwise mediocre sig.
