I like it a lot. You did a really good job. Theres just one thing that is a little weird. The date. Did you make it way back then and wait to post it now, or is the date just randomly on there for some strange reason?

Its a great piece of art though, keep up the good work. I am looking forward to more from you. 10/10

I thought it was great! I faved it and decided that I might as well add the comment here. I really loved to colours that you used and the fractal itself was just amazing. If you ever want to, you could consider joining the Apophysis group on DA-- http://apophysis.deviantart.com

Only little complaint, when making such a dark piece, using 2px white border is a little distracting. Try a 1px grey border and text. And adding anti-alias to text makes it look a lot better. Other than that, make more!

Dave; I did that Fractal yesterday (yesterday was 7th for me, 6th for some people). And I typo'd the x/x/05, seeing as i'm not yet used to it being 2006 :oops:

And I like to date some of my better (imo) work , so I can look back and see how I've improved - I've removed the date since I don't think it does justice to the picture.

As for your suggestion - I've changed the text and the border to a darker colour, and the border now looks thinner,

I use a free program called Apophysis.
