the new year???

man the year barely started and already a lot of stuff has already happened
miners in west virgina are trapped under a mile of earth,
firefighters in Texas are looking for bodies from a raging fire that destroyed a town
roof collaspe due to heavy snow in germany killing ten people
and thanks to the weapon i've been experiencing blackouts for the past 3 days.

now that really sucks cuz i could not go anywhere cuz of the weather and we were stuck in the dark with NOTHING! and if somebody say "well go read a book" i sure hope they realize that i can't read a book in the dark and we have no flashlight but a bunch of candles.

so the new year is barely out and so many things have already happened,

and now to top it AALLLLLLLL off KERRY is trying to run in 2008... dude he lost to bush..... now that tells you that 43% of this country thinks that bush will do better than kerry. KErry don't run, get hiliary....

That sucks about your power man

i just got done reading about the ice rink roof collapse in germany, flooding in california, grass fires, and all that other stuff going on. Its not a good start of the year..

Today we had temps of 71 degrees, in the middle of freaking winter, when right now this time of year, its meant to be around -5 to 40 tops here..lol and snow. We had bad storms today, tornado warnings and watches.

And dont get me started on politics.lol

well we can't even talk about politics here anyway now can we

my dad went to reno on thursday, he was suppose to return on friday night but the roads were closed cuz of the storm, then on saturday he was force to drive in the wrong direction cuz he had to make a huge u-turn to get back home, what was suppose to be like a 3 hour car ride took him like 10,

now let me rant about saturday morning.
woke up, let see if there's anything good no tv, hmm it's not turning on... maybe the remote is having problems o wait there's no light, aw man powers out. o well guess i'll try to get some sleep..... unable to sleep so i'm just laying there staring at the ceiling. power still not back, gues i'll get play minesweeper on my laptop... still no power.. well battery is dying... guess i'll play some games on cell.... well power is still out, well we have nothing to eat, guess i'll go order a pizza "i'm sorry but there's only me working here and i cannot deliver."
o well it's only about 7 blocks away i can walk.. soooo cold.... i get there, "here's your pizza" thank lady hey suns out a little at least i won't be raining. aw man now i have to walk back up this steep hill... *minutes later* *gasping for breathe* whew finally made it to my street, what the.. aww man i went 3 blocks too high darn... down i go away
yes finally i'm home now i can feed the family while my dad is losing more money gambling away. *zap powers back on* AWWW FOR THE LOVE OF!!!!

the good news, although i had order a large pizza, i did tell her that the power was out at my house and she upgraded it to X-large for free. yay a few extra slices.
the worse part...the very next day we had 3 blackouts one after another.
hey powers back *zap* an hour later hey it's back *zap gone again* another hour later, *stare at watch... i'll give it 2 mins* 1 min later *zap*

I'm sitting here right now looking out my window watching my deck "steam" because of the strange weather conditions. Something weird is going on making such strange weather. :wink:

Something else about the new year. I was reading the California section of the newspaper yesterday. They have made a new law in California about driving. Its not huge but it makes you have to wait an additional 6 months after you get your liscense to be able to drive other people around and it makes the curfew an hour shorter, 11pm to 5am. The curfew doesn't mean much to me becuase I probably won't be out that late most of the time but I don't want to wait till i'm 17 do drive around with my friends and go to parties ect...

lol it wasnt cold or hot or warm, just weird having those temps at this time of year.

The new year starting off even worse. I just saw on the news a few minutes ago that there was a homicide. Not sure where it was at but someone was shot in an intersection by what the witnesses said to be probably a 15 to 16 year old gang member. What is the world comming to?
