How do I become "unafraid" of a creature?

I'm pretty sure I get what you are talking about. For a monster to not attack you, you need to be double their combat lvl +1. So for example, a 45 skeleton you need to be 91 combat for it to not attack you.

You can get in lvl29 in about a 1-3 hours... it just depends what your training on, and what your current combat lvl is

And yes, you need to be double the combat of a monster for it to be not agressive towards you. Some Slayer monsters right away don't attack on sight. And the highest monster you can have not agressive is a 62.
