Why is it called merchanting...the real term for this of course is speculating. It was funny because I was doing this with yews for a while and I kept calling it speculating. The funny thing was no one could figure out what I was talking about til I explained it. Then I come here and find out it is called merchanting...which I'm pretty sure is not a real word. Anyway, I guess it is just language degradation, but I think it is alot easier to shorten it to specing or specking then saying merching....just my opinion.

As far as im awere merchanting is a real word and means..well..just that. lol. Go search for it in wikipedia see what comes up.

I use arbitrosing, but do it much though

, I think merchenting is the most effective, but takes to long.

I think they used to be called GP in RSC, go check there

gp just means gold peices, which is your money on rs

so money, coins, gp, mean the exact same thing..

Yup, I know that, but I'm just saying that things can be called different things, for no reason at all, but mean exactly the same as what its supposed to be. I dont think it matters if merching is called something else anyway =-\
