What do you think will happen during the Christmas Event???

The Jagex Team did mention something about a hat, scarf, and toy. Perhaps like the halloween one, there will be kids in Varrock or Falador, and we have to give them a limited number of gifts and determine whether they were naughty or nice. The more nice ones get gifts, the better your score.

That's my thought.

he ask whats goign to be and i said "lollipops".

a jagex mod was walking around verok that other day, i asked him adn he said that one of there choises was to make lollipops so thats what i said.

Well, there'll be obviously a holiday item, and as we have had to do with newer holiday drops, we're going to need to complete somw kind of miniquest which, guided by the clues on the update, will be something by the lines of helping Diango decorate the tree in Varrok by recovering the christmans tree stuff the imps have stolen. I also think the holiday drop may be some sort of santa hat (not a santa hat, but a hat that has to do with Christmas) and about the scarf.... dunno, maybe just to compliment the hat?.That could be interesting, guess all we can do is wait and see.

I don't think carpentry is coming out on Christmas, it would be pretty pointlkess to give out carpentry with no reason to use it (POHs) it would be like introducing farming without seeds/farming patches or attack/strenght without monsters. Now unless Jagex does come up with POHs for Christmas (which is highly doubtable because they have said so), the "nice Christmas update" on the news will have to be another thing, maybe a quest or another minigame or something

theres a spirit tree patch near draynor right? on the other side of the fence? perhaps (this will be f2p aswell and require lvl 1 farming) you will get a christmas tree seed and then you gotta decorate it! or plant and cut as many as you can and sell em to diango!!!! and now im bored so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...!!......!..!........ .... ... --- ... ... --- ... ... --- ... ... --- ...

this event is p2p only right? i hate that about rune, maybe i will just buy one right away when price is like 500k, and hope becomes super rare

You talking about he christmas party...there his a non-member party. Read Crysala's post the first one.

I never keep those holiday drop items. The only thing I have even left from the quests is the anti-dragon breath shield...I got read of everything else. I never use it...it isn't tradeable...why should I keep it?
