Congrulations on getting that account back. I had this happen to a friend. All he had to do is send some information about his account to prove that it was him and the account was recovered.

i was hacked then banned so i started a new account,but then i quit runescape.
but now im back.

Mod Guy banned my account because somebody was trying to hack it. It was banned for safety, then i conviced him that it was really me, and he unbanned me. Guy is a good friend of mine on rs now
