Farming isn't all its cracked up to be

I waited expectantly for farming, collecting everything for hours and hours. It came out, and I was really disappointed. I mean, I picked seeds forever, at least 2 hours a day. Just sharing my thoughts... Man, I hape player owned houses are living up to the hype...

Farming wasn't quite what I thought it was gonna be. I still like it though. I ran out of seeds because I didn't pick many.

i dont like it as much as i thought i would, i mean, for the first 1 hour and 100 laws, it was fun, but now its just a pain... i think its best if u just plant some stuff everywhere, then every now and then go pick em up and plant something else, or to plant stuff when u need em (i.e. herbs and limps)

I really dont care about it much either way. I trained it up because I like to train all of my levels and it helped me get to 1300 total faster. I am level 42 and its not all that bad if you teleport in between the patches...I also like being able to grow herbs.

i think people don't like it because it's time based, you have to stand around and wait for things to grow. it's not like anyother skill, so people are going to need sometime to adjust to it.

Im not a big farming fan, but im raising it anway

Farming is fine. I've been playing for long enough to see a few new skills brought out..every one was taken badly because it's not easy there for people don't like it..it's stupid but if someone brought out a skill that is easy as pie to level in and gives an amazing reward people would love it..gaurenteed.

ugh farming stinks! all that waiting for crops to grow.....and if u log of ur crops still grow! its not really fair because u have to play like 24/7 to get to lvl 99 farming....i hate it!

well, i guess its not really a bad skill, its just that all my lvls are relatively high now, and farming was at 1, so it was weird, also, nobody liked slayer at first, but now abby whips, everyone thinks its great

i dont see how anyone thought rc was bad though, did they?

Farming isn't that bad. In that poll I beleive I voted for the 'I like farming'

I think it's a nice skill. And I don't train it really much but when I'm near a farming patch I usually plant some things there and the next time, which might be two hours or a day or two, I'll just farm them then.

Agreed. When Runecrafting came out i thought it was plainly freaken useless! But then i got to know it and it is pretty useful. RSC woodcutting. Useless. New update, awesome stuff. See what one update can do for one skill? Now farming can change but so far stop whining about how long it takes and such.

Oh please! If your too lazy to do farming routes you can make farmers watch over them. If your TOO lazy to do that grow herbs, bushes, trees, and fruit trees!

It takes even more time in real life, and if they change it to faster, there will still be people complaining like "Farm1n9 shud be changd to slower, ppl gt lvls too fast!!!!"
