Alrighty, so I've been playing TF2 for awhile now, probably almost 2 days total time now (Steam name: sowhatsnew/So What's New?). I'm just curious as to how long everyone else here has been playing and what notable weapons you have, or things like hats and st00f. Just curious as to how far other people have come, the most notable stuff I have so far is the Pomson 6000 and the Phlogistinator. Thanks.

Had a fair few hats. Had all the weapons when i last played it...or near enough. I got annoyed with the amount of items in it really. I think after the demo/soldier update they should of stopped.

Got most the weps. Quite a few hats. I don't get a hat unless I plan on playing a certain class that much. Other than that, I just enjoy playing.

Some of that was leaving the game open and not being in-game. Legitimately, probably 1/3 or 1/2 of that.

Inventory

Probably my favorite multiplayer game that I own. Easy to pick up, and fun to play. Plus I've got enough hats to make me look stupid/awesome, which is half the goal.

Those items come from playing Poker Night at the Inventory. When a CP player doesn't have money, they use an item as collateral. If you knock them out, you get the item in TF2.

No spares, but we can possibly trade wep for wep or you can buy weps off of me for 2 weps. :P

By the way random question, considering the huntsman is an achievement weapon, don't you just have to wait for a second? What's better Sydney Sleeper or Crusader's Crossbow (Since they both use the huntsman in crafting). Also what's the best spy melee weapon? Can someone explain to me how the Dead ringer works that people talk about so often and what "Feign Death" is supposed to mean? Right now I'm just using the cloak and dagger.
Plus where do you get the "pip-boy" it looks awesome >.< (I know it's not an easy task to get one). Are those vintage/genuine/other titled **** items aquired as tags similar to the name/desc. tags or do you find the ______ item? Don't you love my noob questions? :D

The Hunstman is fully charged after about three seconds. The charge bar is in the bottom right below your ammo count. The more charged it is, the more damage. But, if you hold it too long, when the arrow is shot, it will go in a random direction. So you can't hold back on the bow forever.

The fact the Huntsman is used in the crafting of the Crusader's Crossbow or Sydney Sleeper doesn't matter. You can get both without crafting them. The Sydney Sleeper is a Sniper weapon and better if you want to peg targets with Jarate, meaning they will take mini-crits when damaged again. Keep in mind you can't get headshot kills with the Sleeper. The Crusader's Crossbow is for the Medic and can be used to heal friendly units or damage enemy units based on distance fired.

The best Spy melee weapon is based on personal preference. Here's all the melee weapons the spy can use. Link
Generally, the stock knife is good since it has no negative effects. Most the other knives have negative effects. It all depends on play style. Your Eternal Reward has the effect of killing a target without making noise. It also disguise's you as the last person you back stabbed. However, you lose the ability to disguise, so getting the first kill is usually the hardest part.

The Dead Ringer is a spy cloak device. When active, you can't shot or stab people. If damaged, the spy will perform a feign (aka fake) death. Though the spy appears to have died, he is actually cloaked. When uncloaking, the dead ringer makes a really loud noise, so it's best to be a distance away from the enemy when you uncloak. So basically, the Dead Ringer works by making the enemy think you are dead, allowing you to get behind enemy lines quickly.

The Pip-Boy can be dropped, crafted, or purchased. It's just a cosmetic item for the engineer. Genuine ones were promotional and can't be gotten anymore. It changes the color of your construction options to green.

Vintage/Genuine/Other qualities describe what the items is. They are not from tags. Genuine items are TF2 promo items from other games, usually from pre-purchase. Vintage items were available before the recent economy update. They can no longer be found. There is no difference between different quality items. It is purely cosmetic.

When in doubt, check out the official TF2 wikia (not tf2wiki). http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Main_Page You will find most your answers here.

KK I like my Eternal Reward, and dead ringer looks kinda ****, I like cloak and dagger. I know that you can find the SS/CC but I don't use my Huntsman so I was wondering what you find the most useful

Well, if you were to craft, I'd probably do the Sleeper cause I use it more, but that's just me. I like the other choices for medicine gun better than the crossbow. Still, I'd just hold onto the hunstman for now.
