CoD 4 is one of the best games in the franchise in my honest opinion. The game was worth it at $20 and even $30 if I had bought it then. $10 is a steal for such a great game. I definitely recommend getting this game especially if you have $10 on you. It's an excellent investment.
As for the others, I'd recommend CoD 2. Though it's an old game, it is quite well laid out and enjoyable to play. Lot's of fun game modes and balanced weapons. It, along with CoD 4, are the best of the CoD Series. All the other ones are ok. Also, keep in mind these games will probably not be this low again in price for at least a year or two.
