Well, we've just finished another Steam Mega Holiday Sale, so an interesting little calculator to figure out how much you've spent (at least based on normal prices, not sale) is the Steam Calculator.

Now remember, this isn't showing you sale prices, this is the default prices on the Steam store. For example, I'm up at 688.46 USD, and I've spent maybe $150-200 max. According to the site, the average value of people's accounts who've checked is 611.12 USD.

**Note, if your profile isn't public (at least for the quick check) it won't find all of the games you have.

"Found 155 Games with a value of $2301.96 USD."

Jesus H Christ. I don't think I've spent even close to that amount. Most of the packs and games I get are usually at least 50% off, most are 75-90% off.

A lot of the stuff I bought in last year's Christmas sale was absolutely stupid though, considering a lot of them were half even that price just a year later. That's why I tried to be a bit smarter this time around, lol.

There ya go. $330.78 in games. Granted, I got most those on sale or when they were cheaper. Probably more in the $200 range I think. Regardless, I do a lot of gaming and my profile reflects that. Also note there is only one game over $30 on there. That one I was sure to get on sale. Thanks for showing me this. Definitely bookmarked.

Of those games, the latest I got from the Steam sale (on the best sale days for those games) are as follows:
-Battlefield: Bad Company 2
-BioShock
-Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
-Counter-Strike
-Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
-Empire: Total War
-Half-Life: Blue Shift
-Half-Life: Opposing Force
-Napoleon: Total War

Though I really spent maybe $100-120 for all my games. Yay for packs and sales!

Found 83 Games with a value of $1082.68 USD

I bought the Valve Complete Pack when I signed up on Steam, pretty much everything else since then has been at 50-90% off.

I bought the Flatout pack, the Unreal Tournament pack, King's Bounty plantinum, NWN2, Mirror's Edge, Supreme Commander 2, M&B pack, and a few indie packs.

90% off ftw!

I can't get this thing to work. When I enter my ID, 76561198008431841, it comes up with 0 games and says that I've been a member since 1/1/1970.

Saw somewhere that you needed to A ) Have your profile be public and B) Set up a user created url, vs the random numbers.
