I hear it's rather good. Makes a change actually you usually see lazy developers leaving XBL related stuff about but not whole freaking pages like that. God knows how that slipped through.

I don't know what's funnier, having these problems to begin with, or suggesting running the PC version in Windows 98 or ME compatibility mode.

EA pulled out the stops on this one

This is truly a shame. The Need for Speed series used to be my favorite game franchise of them all. Personally, I think it started going to hell once they released Pro Street. Carbon and Underground 2 were by far the best ones. After PS, they were either redundant or bug-ridden. I think we know which category this one falls under.

I've moved to the Midnight Club series. MC: Los Angeles is by far the best street racing game I have played.

Definitely agreed. I remember when I got Underground 2 for Christmas, I played it for hours on end. I think it was the most I ever got out of a racing game.

I loved carbon as well, but ever since I had one of my buddies over last year for the night, I haven't seen the game since. :/

Yahh NFS is trying to hard I think, they just need to go back to their old ways. My personal favorite NFS game was NFS: Most Wanted then Carbon is close for 2nd. Even their PS1 game like NFS: Hot Pursuit was a pretty good game for its time.

They just need to release a new Underground to get back on the right track, I loved being able to customize my entire car and put a sound sytem in it.
