And yes, the turnout was awesome this week and this was the first time I had a really great time on HL2:DM. The map selection was awesome and contributed greatly. Hope to see you all next week again.

HL2:DM was very fun last night except for when we played on tonys_barbershop but I layed that one out. It would be great if we get a turnout like that again or better.

@Mike: Have you added the flashlight to the servers config yet? And I agree about the player cap, maybe it should be raised to 24 or even 32.

@Killjoy: Did you cheat? You can be honest with us. If not maybe a relative or friend cheated with your account.

I added a plugin to be able to increase max players above the hardcoded cap of 16, and yeah I added the flashlight to the config so it wont be reset every time the server is restarted.

If you guys have any suggestions for maps to add to the server, post a link here.

Ya, I noticed TF2 got removed. Just not enough interest?

Oh, and if you guys ever want to play besides this event and I'm on, give me a wisp or add me on Steam and I'd be glad to play with anyone else. Moochmaker is my Steam. I'm in the RSBandB Group if you can't find me. Anyways, great HL2:DM Event again. Love the turn out and enjoy playing it more than I ever have (though it does help to have actually played HL2 and beat it

Had to take TF2 off due to potential inabilities to update the server..However.. That was before finding out car trouble persists.... Sooo it'll be back next week as an option

I doubt it's related to the Source SDK.

Can I still get GoldenEye off of that?

Highly doubt it though.

I don't think so. When they released Portal for free you couldn't.

Nah, this time it includes the SDK.
Also got it off the Tools page too. It's downloaded.

K, screw it. I went ahead and got it after I saw this. Pretty sure I got the right thing.

Ok, it DIDN'T work. But news sites everywhere are saying that the game comes with the Source SDK. Wherever that is, I can't find it in my tools list.

The SDK is mainly for use on Alien Swarm, as far as I know. It's unique from the other SDKs, so if it's not working, that's probably why.

But seriously, with all of the sales putting Source based games between $2.50 and $5, (that's a month of RS or less!) just get it sometime.. I don't know for sure when the next nice sale will be, though I'm assuming something around the Thanksgiving season, and if not then, Christmas/New Years will be a HUGE sale.
