What games would you like to see in an RSBANDB Event?

He also said don't post games with limited online play, rock band is limited and so is Guitar hero. ;] A competition maybe but even then only a handful of people even own rockband on here.

The newest Guitar Hero and both Rock Bands allow for up to 4 people at once, so even though it wouldn't allow more than 4 people per go, multiple people from RSBandB could get together and play.

Games I would enjoy playing are Halo 3, Gears 1 and 2, and maybe Call of Duty 4, but not as much as the other three games mentioned.

I have all of the GHs and all of the RBs. Problem is, they are all for PS2. I don't really think that an event could be made out of either of the two games, but I think a competition could be held. Have certain songs (chosen at random) posted for the competition. Give everyone a day or so to play them, and then have the competitors send their scores to a designated EC member. That's how they do it on ScoreHero. I've partaken in a couple "seasons" of GH competitions there about a year ago. If any authority figure here is interested in trying something like this, shoot me a PM and I can give you some more details.

Of course, scores would be based on EC members taking the competitors word for it. Not so sure if some people can handle being honest even if it means they don't win.

I personally wouldnt mind seeing something like this happen in the future.

I was actually considering a sort of Song of the Week sort of competition. It would require proof of the score and stuff, perhaps a photo or screenshot, but it may be possible. I could do with a rough show of hands for how many people own what GH/RB games though, before making any decisions.

As for a tournament, if people wanted to form bands amongst RSBANDB we could do things like Band vs Band, which may work. Once again, depends how many people have Xbox Live and the game (and who would be willing to sing o.O)

Keep the games and ideas coming in, we are looking for a lot more recommendations!

I'd love to play halo but it seems like not alot of people play here. 16 player ghost of onyx would be pretty hilarious.

Some non-VAC Counter Strike Source matches.. that would be really fun.. i need to get some practice before my CAL matches. Maybe even a Scoutzknivez server? That would be really great if we can arrange that. I have a server

-Maybe have competitions for the best Halo 3 custom level, run by the Events crew, where the Events crew chooses a map each month, and people customize it, and Events crew comes at a certain time and "rates" it and then we use that map for the event

Call of Duty 4
-Play more games like Cops & Robbers, Grandmas House, and Mike Myers.

Call of Duty: World at War
-More Private match games

Overall, I think that there should be a part of the Events Crew that runs non-rs events.
As for the games, more private matches.

Don't think that would be very big in the community, we would only get like 2 or 3 entries a month, which is hardly a competition.
