If you get attacked.
First of all, carry an Ectophial or tiny crystal, they will save your life.
If you hear an incoming snare/blitz, keep running, most of the time they will just splash. If they snare/freeze you, just teleport straight away or else you'll be losing time and food.
Most dangerous are in my opninion mellee/rune pures, because at my level they have 99str and +-85 attack, in combination with prayer and superpotion, their dds special can one hit you, if you're less than 80hp (but isn't that probable).
Mages are semi-dangerous, as long as you wear high magic defence armour. sometimes they freeze you and then mellee to death, or worse, they can tb you and then try to freeze. Anyways, whenever you get hit, try to teleport away. If you got tb'ed, just run out of wilderness.
Rangers, they aren't very dangerous, exept when they're hybrid range/mage. I've encountered once a hybrid, who managed to freeze me and then shot me with karils crossbow, he almost had me, grace à Ectophial, I survived.
