And so it has finally come. After almost five years here it is time for me to say my goodbyes.

Firstly it has been an immense honour and privilege to hold the positions I have done here and to have been able to work (what little 'work' I did anyway!) on the projects I have done here. I have got to see personally the great deal of effort and hard work that Mike, Shane and all of the other many staff put in to make this such a great site and community. You are all great people and are all deserving of such praise. But Shane and Mike are of course the figureheads, and while I have had many disagreements with them in the past, (especially Shane :-$ ) I think nobody can be in doubt that they have molded and created a truly wonderful thing here, and It has been a pleasure to have been a part of it. But it is time for me to move on to new challenges and a new life. As strange and hard as it is to leave all this behind, It is something I must do.

I wish each and everyone of you the best of health, happiness and success in whatever particular ventures you choose to pursue in your lives.

Goodbye.

Brad,

Many have written a formal goodbye, and I hope I am not too late in writing this that you might not read it. I am glad I have gotten to know you, both as a role model, but more importantly a friend. I may not have known you as well as I would have liked, and maybe the same could be said for me. I begin to think of all the memories I have with or about you, and I must say it brings up a bit of emotion in me. It is strange because I usually do not feel much attachment over the internet to someone, but I feel as though you mean something to me. My father was in the air force, so I know what all it entails, I know it will be hard. The only difference is that you will all probably be drinking tea over there. But all I can say is that I wish you the best of luck and will look forward to hearing from you again, because deep down I know I will.

Your Friend,
Josh

Good luck with everything you do in the RAF and from then on.

I would like to thank you for your time hosting the update with Shane. The podcast that you two have been putting on has changed my life dramatically and you were on of the biggest reason. I have learned many things about various aspects of life from you and Shane that I will hold on to forever. I'm sure Chief Snake will do a great job, but you are irreplaceable and I and very grateful for the time you have given to the podcast. Thanks again and good luck.

Btw I'm pretty sure your sig should say "2/2/2010" not "3/2/2010" :D

Since I have joined the site you have always been an authority figure that everyone has looked up to just as much as I do. You have offered a great deal to the site and also been a source of entertainment for those who love to hear you and Shane argue, especially on RSBANDBUpdate! I remember being on the Update with you once, and also speaking to you at some of the Xbox Live events that I have hosted, but in the small amounts of time I have talked to you I can safely say that you are someone I can truly get along with, and I feel privileged that I have had the chance to meet you in such a great community. It is sad to see you leave a community which you have spent such a long time being a part of, and it will definately be difficult to adjust to the forums without seeing your name around.

I wish you the best of luck in the RAF, and feel proud to have someone like you representing my country :D I hope we cross paths again in the future, and look forward to the day we do.

Thank you, and farewell.

Brad, it's been a privilege to be able to get to know you over the past 2 years. It's going to be extremely hard to get used to not seeing you around here anymore (or at least not as much as you used to come around here). You have helped me with many problems that I've had, both here and in my normal life, and I am thankful for everything that you have done for not just me, but the entire community here. I will never forget the chats we've had, the top hat glitches, the push to finish goals started years ago. I am glad to of been able to get to know you, and I will truly miss you being here. Good luck in the RAF my friend, and I hope that you will get a few chances to come back to visit in the near-future!

Thanks for 5 years of entertainment, and perhaps we will meet again.

Sure thing we didn't know each others well, but I had (and still have) a lot of respect for you.

Farewell, I wish you the best of luck in your life.

Well met, Brad. I knew you little, but I know that without people like you, this site can't be as great as it has turned out to be. Hope to see you back here in the future. God Speed! *salute*
