Apparently blurry, slightly pixelated King Dedede's and 60's style coloring pallets are better than the simplicity and elegance of number 2.

That's rather more your personal opinion, I would've thought; you can't pin it on the loss of the human race even as a hyperbole. XD
I much prefer the colours of the first signature but overall it's just about a toss up between all three for me.
