To the south by the queen is a table with stuff on it. I hear seeds and teleport bags (priciest option) is the way to go, but you might ask someone first other than me who would know.

Got 58 Agil from Gielinor Games, 300k till 93 FM. Also got 52 Summoning at 107 Combat from Squeal of Fortune lamps. 59 Slayer as well.
