Vultyre's Journey on the Road to 99 Fletching

Well, as I was taking time off from my questing adventures in the world of Runescape, I've been training various skills. One has quickly leaped in front of the others, and that one skill is fletching. I've always had a sort of fondness for the skill, and now it's official (Drumroll please):

I'm aiming for 99!

Starting Point: Technically, 1, but for the purpose of this topic, 90

Well, I have been doing a combination of Yew and Maple Longbows. Yew because they're pretty fast, and I sometimes get frustrated with my xp gain. But, now adays I'm doing Maple longbows. With the prices as they currently are, I'll be set to make some monster money (by fletching standards) by the time I reach 99; something pretty rediculous like 200 gp per long bow, especially if I spin the flax into bowstring.

Levels 91 and 92 reached within hours of each other!

Level 93 is complete, but it is not showing up as of yet! (got it yesterday haha)

94 is on the way, about 5 minutes left!

Gratz. What did you do to get there? I'm wanting to train fletching here soon if it's not for a huge loss.

As I said above I did "complete maple longbows". There was no loss, in fact I gained close to 8m in profit. And it was quite easy and I enjoyed it in comparison to some of the skills I'm training now (cough, agility, cough). Enjoy it while it lasts!
