If you've listened to episode 169 of RSBANDBUpdate! you will have heard that this months events are going to be rather interesting. We are adding two new event times for September to see what time works best for future events.
First up Jungle Run:When: Saturday, September 20 @ 2PM RSBandB Time/MDT [1PM PDT, 3PM CDT, 4PM EDT, 9PM BST/England]
Where: Brimhaven Docks, World 132.
Description: It is recommended to bring jungle essentials such as anti-poisons, hatchets and food (incase you are being attacked). However, these aren’t necessary for those who want to brave the depths of the jungle. Skilling equipment such as knives and fishing nets may also be needed if you want to maximise your score.

Where: Trouble Brewing, World 132.
Requirements: You must complete
Rum Deal and
Cabin Fever to be able to reach Trouble Brewing. Connor will be there to bring people who can't find it.
Items Needed: Torch, axe, bridge pieces, tinderbox, bucket, bamboo pipes, lumber patch, and bowl.
Objective: Work as a team to fill the hopper with as many buckets of water you can. The team to fill the most (or reach 5,000) wins. Players can grab a torch and tinderbox and run over to the opponent's base to light their pipes, hoppers, or bridges.
After that we'll do a "normal" game. Check back here next week for a guide to Trouble Brewing. At the end of the game the person to get the most pieces of eight wins. To gain pieces of eight you collect different items and put them in their respective hopper. There is no required equipment to play Trouble Brewing but having boots of lightness, spotted/spottier cape, and a woodcutting axe would help..
Note: If you do not follow events crew instructions prior to the game you are at risk of being kicked from clan chat.
Next up: Draughts TournamentDraughts, better known as checkers, is a game that requires brainpower as well as cunning. Some may think they are the best at this classic game, but on Friday, September 26th the real RSBandB checkers champion will be crowned. There will be two sides to this tournament. To be in the official tournment, PM me your Rs username and such so I can add you to the bracket. If you do not sign up for the tournament, then you cannot be entered, but feel free to come by to watch or even participate in a few friendly matches with fellow RSBandB'ers!

Finally, Clan WarsClan Wars has been an event twice in the past; however, was recently updated. We'll also be trying some variations of our own- listen closely at the event and more info below.
Note: All events will be keep all items on death, but do remember you have to go through the Wilderness to get to clan wars. Watch out for revs.
When: Saturday, September 27th 7pm RSBandB Time/MDT [6PM PDT, 8PM CDT, 9PM EDT, 2AM BST/England]
Where: Clan Wars, World 154.
Description: Around an hour at Clan Wars with variations in the rules and variations of our own.
Please cooperate with the events crew, and do what they say, such as lining up in a straight line and not standing on anyone as it's necessary when creating teams.
Our variations:The first variation will be a type of keep the leader alive. One teams objective (team A) will be to to kill the other teams leader. The other team's objective (team B) is to keep him alive. Team A will win if the other teams' leader dies, and Team B will win if they: wipe out the other entire team, or keep their leader alive for 5-10 minutes.
Run-ins will be disallowed.
The second variation will be a "keep the VIP" alive. Your leader is very important, thus will be your very important person. Both teams objective will be to kill the VIP. While you can kill everybody else first, it's wise to only attack those who pose a threat to your VIP or are the other teams VIP. The first teams VIP to die will be the team to lose.
Run-ins will be disallowed.
Next one will be a classic match with run-ins allowed. Most kills after 5-10 minutes wins.
And then a simple first team to 25 kills wins.
Also note that all leaders are chosen by the EC and will be announced at the event. Not all the variations are subject to being used/variations not mentioned may be used. Food, potions, or prayer may be disallowed on some matches as a surprise. Arenas are chosen by the EC.
