Not only must you keep active on our forums, you must also have ranked stats through the normal highscores on the RuneScape website. I just checked your stats, and nothing appeared.
If by the "hi scores" you were referring to the signatures that many people have, you may make one by using
this link. On the stat signatures, you are able to edit your stats to match any non-ranked skill.
