Not much can be done to change our current members attitude towards new members but we might be able to offer suggestions to new members on how to act so they'll have a better chance of being accepted. Nothing drastic but a simple Runewire welcome message with some helpful guidelines (not the rules) to make it easier to blend in with the group.
- avoid repetitive posts
- crop your images
- don't just post what you're doing, respond to others
- more posts about Runescape than other topics
Might even get someone involved in officially welcoming new members by responding to their first post. Maybe if we can offer more positive messages at the beginning, they might not be discouraged by any negative ones they get.
I'm sorry but I just have to point this out.

This is rather funny to me.

Don't just post what you're doing? It says in the logo, "What are you doing in RuneScape?"
A number of you all don't like the idea of RuneWire posts consisting of:
"Killing a dragon." What's the difference from that and what I commonly see:
"Doing clue scroll."
"Farming run."
"Kingdom."
My stand on hasn't changed from my first post regarding this issue, this post is just food for thought.
