okay so instead of wc cape and hood its going to be fishing hood and cape but what else should i put with this?

Lightweight boots / Mystic boots (blue) / Mage boots (the ones from the Treasure Trail)

As for a weapon, take a look at the special vials from the Legends quest. They're blue, weildable, and most people don't know what they are!

Get the Trouble Brewing armour! I have the black and it looks Insanily good! For your, get the green because it matches, or even the brown.
